How does the 7-day trial work?

Days 1–7 from the day you sign up: full access, no card needed. You can add as many shows as you like and every Pro feature is on — full stats with custom date ranges, new-episode email alerts and snooze, calendar export to iCal and Google Calendar, saved Where to Watch region, and complete watch history with CSV export. Importing from TV Time or Trakt during the window can extend it. From day 8, the free plan applies: tracking stays unlimited, and the Pro features above pause — stats fall back to the basic view, alerts, snooze, calendar export and CSV export switch off. Nothing is deleted: every show, episode and rating you already have stays tracked, and everything comes straight back if you go Pro later.

Is tracking really unlimited on free?

Yes. Follow as many shows as you like on any plan — there is no cap on Watching, Want to Watch or anything you import, and nothing is ever deleted.

What happens to my imported shows after the 7-day window?

Nothing is ever deleted or hidden. Every show you imported stays fully tracked, no matter how many you have, and you can keep adding more for free. The 7-day window only affects the Pro extras.

What is the lifetime plan?

One payment of £49.99 for permanent Pro — unlimited tracked shows, episode alerts, calendar export, full stats and every future Pro feature. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing is ever deleted from your library.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, any time. The change takes effect immediately and you are credited for the time you have not used.

Can I switch from monthly or yearly to lifetime?

Yes. Choose "Upgrade to lifetime" on this page or in settings and the time you have not used on your current plan is credited against the lifetime price. Your subscription stops once the lifetime payment goes through.
